Upgrade or downgrade through the dashboard. Stripe prorates the difference; no support ticket required.
The dashboard prevents you from creating more sites than your plan allows. The "Add site" button stays disabled with a link to upgrade. No surprise charges for going over.
Yes. Switching mid-cycle credits the unused portion of your current plan against the new one. Stripe handles the math; you see the prorated charge on your next invoice.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your sites stay live until then. After that date, sites and backups are removed. Export your data first if you want it.
No. Starter is the entry tier. The honest reason: a free tier would mean either accepting the operational cost as marketing spend or rationing reliability for paying customers. Neither matched the operator's preference.
Refunds within the first seven days for any reason. After that, prorated refund on cancellation if there's a documented operational issue from our side. Contact [email protected].
